I thought this was referencing a track on the first tape I ever owned, but upon further investigation my Lionel Richie tape was actually the one prior to Dancing On The Ceiling, Can't Slow Down. I was mostly interested in the track All Night Long (All Night). The parenthetical in the title always struck me as odd, but it does result in the echoed background vocal immediately coming to mind when reading it. I was 8 and had a tape player like this one.

"GPT" is a brand in the common parlance where the majority don't know what it even stands for. This feels like a new or unique circumstance. What are some other examples?

Others have made-up names to obscure the underlying tech: Bluetooth, 5G. Others are in front of people all the time, like HTTP, but not part of their everyday speech.
