Almost killed on the lake road where there are tons of cyclists and cars are usually chill, an oncoming driver decided to pass other cyclists in a blind curve. Had to bail into the grass which I was grateful was available so I didn't die. #BikeTooter

After listening to a lot of Yes throughout my life, just tonight realized I'd never listened to anything from 1974-1980 -- Relayer, Going for the One, Tormato, Drama -- not a single listen.

This morning I left Edmond, OK at 06:00 and drove to Possum Kingdom Lake. It was the most serene driving I've done in decades. I didn't have to touch the cruise control for 30-minute chunks! And there were more cows than I've seen in a single day in my life.

I'm having one of those "computers were a mistake" days, compounded with my cataract-inflicted eye really bothering me more today than it had the last few days (I had been assuming the other eye had picked up the slack) (I'm taking the latter as a Universe nudge to schedule my damned surgery)

If I can just get through today I have the next 4 days off and away from the computer. But that means I have things I have to get done today on said computer.
