My planned return was last Sunday. But while I was there my dad had a health emergency that put him in the hospital for two days, so my stay got extended a little bit. It's only been three extra days, but it felt like a week at least.

After lunch at a new-to-me pho place, I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, and it is the strongest coffee I have ever had (and I'll regularly have 4 cups a day). I need an emergency l-theanine or something. I'm pretty much only good for a Balmer-style hype talk at a dev conference, and let's face it the world needs no more of that.
